Refund Policy

1. Air Tickets

• Refunds, changes, or cancellations follow airline rules.
• Service fees may apply in addition to airline charges.

2. Hotels

• Refundable or non-refundable status depends on the hotel rate plan.
• No refund for early checkouts or no-shows unless hotel policy permits.

3. Visa Services

• Non-refundable once application is submitted to UAE Immigration.

4. Tours & Activities

• Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before start.
• 50% charge: 48–24 hours.
• 100% charge: less than 24 hours or no-show.

5. Transfers

• Sedan/van: cancel/change free up to 24h before.
• Coach/charter: 48–72h required.

6. Car Rentals

• Free cancellation: up to 48h before rental start.
• 50% charge: 48–24h before.
• 100% charge: less than 24h or no-show.
• No refund for early return.
• Deposits refunded in 7–14 working days after deducting fines/tolls/damages.

7. Force Majeure / Weather

If canceled due to government restrictions, weather, or safety, we offer a free reschedule or full refund.

8. Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank timelines may vary).
