1. Scope & Acceptance

By browsing our website, booking services, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Hotel bookings
• Air ticket reservations
• Visa services
• Tours & activities
• Transfers (private/shared)
• Car rentals

2. Role of Go Dubai City

We act as:

• Principal (where we operate services directly), or
• Agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental firms, attractions, etc.).

Your contract may therefore be with us or the supplier. Supplier-specific terms may override ours, where stricter.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

• A booking is valid only once you receive our written confirmation (email/voucher/e-ticket).
• You must provide correct personal details (names, passport, driving license for rentals). Errors may cause denial of service without refund.
• Some bookings require full upfront payment; others may allow deposits. Unpaid balances may lead to cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary based on availability, exchange rates, taxes, or supplier updates until confirmed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

6. a) Air Tickets

• Issued per airline rules; once ticketed, airline terms apply (refunds, changes, no-shows).
• Airlines may impose additional charges for baggage, rescheduling, or cancellations.

1. b) Hotel Bookings

• Check-in requires valid passport/ID.
• Rates depend on room type and meal plan selected.
• Early checkout or no-show = non-refundable, unless hotel policy states otherwise.

1. c) Visa Services

• Visa issuance is at sole discretion of UAE Immigration.
• Fees are non-refundable once application is submitted, regardless of outcome.
• Processing times are estimates; delays may occur.

1. d) Tours & Activities

• Subject to availability, weather, and safety.
• Some activities (desert safaris, water sports, flights) may not be suitable for infants, pregnant women, or those with medical conditions.

1. e) Transfers

• Please be ready at pickup point on time.
• No-shows and delays beyond waiting period = 100% charge.

1. f) Car Rentals

• Eligibility: Minimum age 21 (some cars 25+). Valid driving license (and international permit if required).
• Deposit: Refundable security deposit mandatory, released in 7–14 working days post-return, after adjusting fines/damages.
• Usage: No off-road, racing, or border crossing without prior approval.
• Fines & Salik: All fines, tolls, parking charges deducted from deposit.
• Insurance: Basic insurance included; police report required for any accident claim.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Carry all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, tickets).
• Comply with local laws, attraction rules, and supplier terms.
• Arrive on time; late arrivals = service considered used.

7. Changes & Cancellations

• By customer: subject to our Refund Policy.
• By us/supplier: if unavoidable (weather, technical, government orders), alternatives or refunds will be offered.

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party errors, or force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law. Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
